Says that our reservation states Saturday at 12am, ya exactly, it is currently Saturday the 21st, say nope, don't have anything and to come back in the morning. This is where we typically stay, never again! After being on I70 for 4+ hours in the snow we attempted to book a room, being that this is the only pet friendly casino, sold out, okay fine, 1130 call their number about booking a reservation for 5/21/22, asking that at midnight (in 45 min) can we check in since we are stuck, they say yes absolutely, and that they would also put down we needed a pet room.
